Procedures to manufacture a window/door
Setp1
Choose profile system according to clients' requirements(there are many systems,we choose profile according to the open style and thickness of the glass);
Step2 design the window/door with CAD drawings(we provide the drawings to clients for their Confirmation before production);
Step3 work out the production list and give order to the workshop;
Step4 cut profile in needed length;
Step5 drill lock hole,drinage hole.Etc;
Step6 assemble the frame and sash(we use high quality aluminum corner connector to make the frame and sash stable enough);
Step7 install the hardware(use stainless steel screw);
Step8 combine the frame and sash;
Step9 check the quality;
Step10 package(wrapping film+wood pallet);
Step11 load the windows and doors in container for shipment.

A:Our product is CUSTOMIZED. We always manufacture windows and doors according to buyer's dimensions.
Q4:What is your standard color finish for aluminum frames?
A:Any colors in RAL according to your specification.
Q5:What is your delivery time?
A: Usually 35 work days after deposit and drawing confirmed
Q6:How can I know your price?
A:The price is based on buyer's specific requirement, so please provide below information to help us quote exact price to you.
1) Shop drawing / window schedule to show the window dimensions, quantity and type;
2) Frame color;proflies thickness;frame width,the more detailed,the better.
3) Type of glass and thickness (single or double or laminated or others) and color (clear, tinted, reflective, Low-E or others, with Argon or without).
Q7:Will we need to install the glass (onsite glazed) or do your windows come with the glass installed?
A:We will install glass at factory based on windows/doors dimension to make sure they can be safe during transportation and if easy for our buyers to install the whole
windows/doors. Onsite glazed are recommended for big sized products.
Q8: Is it convenient to install?
A: We will provide the install paper for, you can install it according to the paper, it will be very convenient and easy.
Q9:Are your products Certificated?Title goes here.
A:Yes, our products meet ISO9000 & SGS standards for now and also we will make our product tested and certificated if you required.
